Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of the sales contract concluded between the COMPANY and the CUSTOMER as a distance selling contract, the CUSTOMER has the right, in accordance with EU Directive (EU) 2023/2673, to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days without incurring any penalty and without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the CUSTOMER receives the products.
To exercise this right, the CUSTOMER must submit an explicit declaration of withdrawal by completing the Withdrawal Form available on this website and providing all the required information.
The CUSTOMER is responsible for returning the product to the COMPANY using the same delivery method by which it was received, at the CUSTOMER’S own expense. The COMPANY shall refund the full purchase price within ten (10) days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products, perishable food items, or sealed hygiene products that have been opened after delivery.
